Still Bill

While most people that are interested in music and film nowadays keep talking about Ang Lee's Hollywodesque "Taking Woodstock", I'm much more excited about another film - a promising documentary about Bill Wither's life and astonishing contribution to popular music. Withers' history is interesting... After a successful decade as an artist and composer, responsible for major hit songs as "Ain't no sunshine", "Lean on me" and "Lovely day", Withers got tired of the music industry and retired and lived a "normal" life working 9 to 5 and taking care of his family. How a man with so much talent chose to retire at the top of his career will surely be answered in this documentary named after one of his albums "Still Bill". Don't miss it!
